Excellent service and staff very friendly and helpful

The service at the hotel is excellent. The staff are always friendly and smiling and nothing is too much trouble. The food is very good and the bar and breakfast staff are always friendly.

A great ambience from arrival to departure. Very friendly staff and rooms were very comfortable. Hotel location was very central to shopping and amenities. I would stay again.

The room has everything you need for a standard trip. The staff were the best I have experienced in any Uk hotel. Food was great, room service food was still hot. Great variety of food. Good parking. They have a pool n fitness area. Great central location. Near lots of nice shops.

Christmas time at the hotel was very special, great service, friendly crew, excellent breakfast, swimming pool, perfect location for going shopping, family friendly and very clean. Definitely will be back soon.

The hotel is well located and of a good HI standard. My only real gripe is that the bathrooms are dated and could really do with an overhaul.

The rooms are a bit out of date and should be updated. The temperature in the room was pretty cold which made me sleep well but it was to cold to relax in.

I had a fine and satisfactory stay at this hotel. It was clean, well maintained hotel with good service from all the staff. It has a well equipped fitness room and is well positioned for the local shopping centre.

The staff at this hotel were excellent and attentive. The hotel was clean and well cared for. However, in need of some modernisation in the guest rooms.
