Comfortable beds and nice staff could use a little more detail when it comes to cleaning but the bed and the location make up for it a little high price wise but that’s how it is not would still recommended if your in the area

The workers at this hotel were great if you needed something all you needed to do was just ask. All the staff was so helpful with everything,the breakfast was on point, the beds were comfortable , the hotel was very clean and nice

Make sure the rooms smell clean.
Make sure the plumbing is working properly.
Make sure the towels are available by the pool.
Make sure the breakfast is available and cooked properly.

there were not so many food so all guests lined up at the waffle maker. The line was long. Only some dried sausage and look cheap egg with cheese. No yogurt or things like teas... only few apple. Basically, it was so bad. AC was too noisy. I stay in 143 first floor and at the beginning I thought the noise came from a truck in the parking lot but no, it was the AC. Didn't sleep well that night. Curtains were thin, people from the parking lot could see what in the room.

With bathmat on floor I could not open the Bthroom door. It got stuck on the bathmat. The lights in sink area woke up husband. Why doesn’t it have a door!
Liked it came with coffee in room and dish washing amenities.
Room felt damp or Musty when we arrived.

To start the lunch at the hotel was good. Breakfast was terrible and expensive, the pools were filthy and full of drunks, the amenities were old and tired. I know airconditioning is needed but I don't understand putting people in a freezer when they come in from the beech. The level of service and quality of the hotel was not what I expected, but it seems to be a trend in North America to overcharge and underdeliver. The IHG hotels in Europe have done it right and corporate should be stepping in to set the standard and by that I mean raising it to the European standard.
We will think twice before using IHG in NA again after the experiences lately. It was always a good stay in the past, but now I have to check the room before I stay.
I hope to see a change.

Needed to book last minute due to a cancelled flight. Staff was courtesy and supportive. They even went the excellent mile and found a fan for the second bedroom to provide background noise. Breakfast buffet in the morning was excellent. Room was clean and modern
