Beautiful hotel from inside and outside my family and I love it. Great staff, great service, the rooms are very nice. makes you feel your home, beds are comfortable and they are soft, especially it’s peaceful and quiet.Excellent hotel.

There is a $100 deposit that is not listed online. Waited a good 5 min for anyone to come to the front desk and help. Wasn't told where to find the elevator. Which was needed to get to the second floor. Simi rude and felt judged because I didn't have a actual c.c. Just a bank card. Was asked if I had a c.c. when I said no just a bank card she rolled her eyes and let out a sigh and said really no c.c.

For the price... it is hard to get a better location in the Bay Area. The staff... hard if not impossible to match.
Monday-Wednesday, they have a nightly "social" which is a great way to relax, and good food and drinks. It is a chance to unwind and socialize.
newer hotel with nice rooms and all the amenities excepted at this price.
Breakfasts are good healthy and included. Love staying at this location.

This is our go-to place every time we visit our daughter in San Jose. Not only is this a pet-friendly hotel but they have great staff too. During our last stay, my daughter dropped her ring and did not noticed it after almost an hour after we checked out. i got in touch with Eleanor to helped us find it. She contacted me and told me that the housekeeping supervisor found the ring. The ring meant a lot to my daughter and knowing that they were able to find it, made all of us felt great. Kudos to Eleanor and the staff who found the ring and returning it to my daughter.

I would’ve given our visit a perfect 10 had the front desk personnel not forgotten to acknowledge my elite status and mention the welcome amenity points I’ll earn for the stay. I’d appreciate if I didn’t have to ask to double check.

Rooms are clean. Staff is professional. Security is nonexistent. Theft in this area is not worth the stay.

I loved this hotel and will for sure stay at this place again, everything was top of the line amazing. I will for sure send people to stay there whenever they are in Fremont. This hotel is the place to be. Anyone going to California should stay here

First time staying at a Staybridge hotel and my experience was positive. We loved all the amenities that are provided at an unbelievable price. I travel a lot and usually spend so much more to get what this hotel offered.

the front held my bag for me while so i could go workout. it helped me very much since i did not have to carry my bag around with me. They did ask me if i stayed with the hotel and asked for my room number.

1-bedroom suite on 3rd floor was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Highly recommend for families.
