The staff were all very attentive. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel was attractive and comfortable. The hotel is also very convenient for a number of destinations.

I came down for the Steelers Brown game. From the time I entered the building the front desk staff was very welcoming! The rooms are very spacious and I loved the bathroom! My boyfriend did eat breakfast in the restaurant and said that the service and food was great! I will definitely be back!

I made an error booking and the front desk figured out how to fix it for me without any problem. The valet was timely and friendly. All workers who passed in the halls greeted me. Nice place & I will return again

I was able to get the basics of what a hotel should offer and never really had to worry about cleanliness or anything. Floors are hardwood and were dusty when I was in my room which was frustrating, else cleanliness was very good. Good vibes in the main entrance and halls upstairs. They kicked me out of the room early without telling me after I requested a specific time for late check out which was frustrating, should have asked me via text since they had been texting my personal number anyway. Mattress was firm box spring and not too comfortable, AC was not central air but a unit in the room that caused a humid sort of feeling most of the time which I didn’t like.

Room needs to be updated the unit was coming away from the wall, the live music was unbelievable and it was very loud Thursday night and Friday night, made for a long drive home Saturday morning got to sleep around midnight and up around 530am so I could head home.

The staff at IHG on Liberty always exceeds my expectations with their amazing staff. I always feel welcome and I appreciate their top notch customer service.

Overall experience was good. Had a couple maintenance issues reported at checkout but not a deal breaker.
Valet parking was prompt and friendly with no issues. Room was clean and comfortable. Did not utilize the onsite
food or beverage.

The best part about my stay was the great staff. The bartender in the evening, super knowledgeable about the area, and the great waitress in the morning(especially on Friday). She took great care of us. Your chef also cooked all of our food perfectly.

Everyone here is so very kind and helpful. Had a problem with my phone and pulling up hotel info and they were so kind and nice about it and just waited for me. The room was beautiful and has everything I needed and more. I come here every year for my birthday and this year they topped themselves off.
