Was a good experience. The only negative thing was there was no airport shuttle and the bed was a little lumpy but everything else was great.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I was very happy with each stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are updated, very clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Well kept place with a very satisfactory room and a great complimentary breakfast with a wide selection of options. The very short walkung distances to shopping areas, great restaurants, and most importantly the subway into Boston made fulfilling our needs a breeze during our stay.

This stay was such a pleasant surprise. We felt the up-to-date technologies and ammentities were well adorned. We felt secure in our hotel and the breakfast looked amazing (we had to pass). Only thing is to add lunch/dinner/bar options as well. Thank you!

We were greeted by friendly, smiling staff at the Quincy Staybridge Suits hotel. Great nights sleep And clean, well accommodated room with kitchenette made our stay wonderful. We’ll definitely be back. The location is perfect for traveling in and out of Boston.

Room suited our needs, staff was helpful. Room cleanliness had some issues but we aren’t complainers so we just dealt with it.

We truly enjoyed our stay. There should be a makeup mirror in the bathroom. Most hotels have a magnified mirror for their guests. Paying for parking was overkill as there aren’t many street parking spaces available. they require alternate side of the street parking. Breakfast is bountiful. We will continue to stay there for many years to come as our children live very near by.

Front desk should ask for (if needed) or know to check if someone has digitally checked in versus insisting that the arriving guest has no reservation. Front desk staff should make an effort to greet guests as they come and go...and certainly respond in som manner when guests greet them. The team should be a little less committed to not providing service to a guest’s room. When asked to have the room made up/cleaned up, asking how many towels are needed and then only having (a lesser number of) them dropped off isn’t the right approach. Overall, we’ve seen the experience deteriorate over the two years we’ve been staying at the Boston-Quincy property. We’ll look seriously at staying elsewhere next time.

Convenient, roomy, comfortable. Enjoyed my stay. Appreciated it was a quick walk to the T and places in Quincy. Fine, upbeat staff. Only drawback is one of those altogether bathrooms where the shower flows into the rest of the space, so put down some towels.
