Family of four stayed for 3 nights and used as our base to explore Singapore for first time. Staff was a delight, helpful & courteous. Beds were comfy and the views from the rooms and rooftop pools outstanding! Food and service at the hotel restaurant was superb! Great location, close to MRT, shopping and great neighborhood vibe. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Katong is an interesting neighborhood with some nice boutique shops and decent restaurants and grocery stores (for those extended stays). It was a nice return after a day of touristy things in congested areas of the city. The Marine Parade MRT stop is not too far and very convenient and it's a direct route to Marina Bay and Orchard. The view from your hotel room is nothing to write about, but pleasant enough. It was odd to have your shower stall open onto the window, which you were obliged to cover, and the toilet at the other end of the room near the door (on the other hand, the WC did block hallway noise traffic). The room safe was large and convenient. The mini fridge is unfortunately standard and barely chills. Breakfast was overpriced, mediocre but convenient. The air-conditioning was adequate, but barely so given the heat of Singapore. Symptomatic to eh nickel and diming culture and this particular hotel. It was not a bad experience, but certainly not good enough to prevent me from researching other possibilities should I ever make a 2nd trip to Singapore.

Stayed here last year also. This hotel is clean, rooms are well appointed. Great coffee provided. Last year, we had breakfast at the hotel. They were good. This year, we tried various bakeries around. The Micro bakery across the street has great baked goods. Mrt and bus stops are all close by. Staff are pleasant & efficient. Big thanks to Andy at the front desk for helping us changed and arranged the room we needed.

Have you ever experienced the hospitality before staying and during the stay at the hotel that totally un-professional?
That’s happened on me, first I advice you guys if read this message never message their PIC on Instagram they will never response you only read your message without notifying about that. Anyway, I enjoyed my breakfast since I entered the restaurant but it’s totally getting worst when they serve me the food but not telling me one of ingredients on my food containing Pork Bacon. I even discuss and told the staff before that I cannot eat pork and they taken note about that. That’s ruining the rules of my believes. Fortunately the front office Rosa taking speed action to apologize and giving offer to do apologize for the problem. I accept it, one the next day I contacted hotel just would like to say thank you and tell Rosa the PIC of Instagram being un professional, just read my message without replying or even response it. I advice to change the person who take control your social media account.

Enjoyed my recent stay. Facilities exceeded expectations. Jarwin at front desk was particularly helpful by suggesting I download the SBS Transit app which made route planning on MRT/Bus lines very easy. Daily breakfast at Baba Chews was excellent. All staff extremely pleasant and helpful.

I absolutely love the hotel’s décor and the overall ambiance! As a Peranakan, I’m naturally drawn to hotels with aesthetic designs, and this one truly stands out. The breakfast was delightful, especially the fish soup noodles – the broth was rich and incredibly flavorful. I also have to mention the Baba Chew drinks; if I’m not mistaken, Nathan the bartender crafted them perfectly with his professional skills – I thoroughly enjoyed every sip. A special shoutout to Joan and Marivel for their consistently polite and cheerful service, whose warm smile brightened my stay.
