The staff is very welcoming, the room is clean and bed was comfy, and the location is near restaurants and shops.
An okay hotel unless you plan on sleeping.

Staff was nice
Hotel was clean.
Breakfast was decent, but having a more robust coffee choice available would have checked all the boxes.
Faulty equipment in room - telephone and hvac unit (hvac roared when fan would engage).
No carpeting so excessive noise from overhead room was disturbing.
If you want to stay here, recommend you ask for top floor on side away from the freeway.

Nice and clean but king room was so cramped, and there is no shelving or drawers to store belongings. So you have to open your suitcase on the floor and live out of it. And there is barely room to walk around the bed as it is.

We had a room with 1 king bed.
Pros: Staff was great, Hotel and room were very clean and new. Lobby breakfast very nice, lots of fresh, hot, and cold choices, neat and clean. The shower in the room was AMAZING. Really powerful and plentiful.
Cons: The king bed took up nearly the entire room. There was no place to unpack, no drawers, no shelves, no closet. One short narrow countertop, too small for luggage. We opened one suitcase on the floor to live out of, and then really had no place left to walk. My husband and I had to stand aside and let each other pass...it was that crowded in the space. No coffeemaker, no micro.

Extremely nice staff! The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were in and out for a soccer tournament in James Island. The only thing missing is washer and dryer for uniforms.
Fraudulent Charge and Dishonest Employees

If you do stay here, check all your charges. I was charged $100 with zero notification and only found out due to a credit card text alert. Inez and Ori were very unprofessional and unethical behavior is occurring at this hotel.

Highly recommend this place. Staff is super friendly. Location is perfect. All kinds of restaurants and shopping. Not too far from attractions.
Fraudulent Charge and Dishonest Staff

Received text alert from my bank with fraudulent $100 charge after checking out - after a horrible lack of sleep. Called and spoke with Inez multiple times requesting to speak with the manager. Manager never called me. I was advised she was in a meeting by Inez and the meeting lasted over 4 hours, with no call. Each time I called back, Inez seemed to find it funny and tell me that I was getting charged as the maintenance guy told them to charge me. I said no notice was given and nothing was said and this is dishonest, frankly shocked this was even happening as I travel very regularly and have never had this type of experience. The following afternoon after still no call, and the charge posting to my credit card, I called again to speak with the manager and Inez put me on hold but could not locate the manager. I waited for over 16 minutes and was then hung up on. When I called back, the manager Ori (who I was told the day before was the male owner) answered, anx
and was not a male, but a very abrasive female, said I was smoking in the room and was charged. I do not smoke as I have asthma which I stated and she ignored. She then yelled and me and I also advised that they may have an electrical issue as the smoke alarm flickers like a strobe regularly as does the outlet in the bathroom - both of which cause very little good sleep. I also advised at 216 am the night before when my room was called that it was flickering and all was OK other that that issue for which the woman at the desk apologized and said maintenance would check it in the am. There was no communication about any charges to my credit card and no questions or discussions. Just dishonest, rude and unethical people lying to provide an excuse for their fraudulent charge to my credit card. Had I not had text alerts, I would have never known. I STRONGLY suggest if you stay here you check for bogus charges as several staff appear to be backing each other up with lies and deceit. Pretty disgusting stuff to happen to an Elite member.

Fairly new hotel. This hotel is probably the cleanest hotel I've been in. The front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. There is a free coffee area with cool machines to make coffee, tea, or hot cocoa. Up the elevator to the room. Spacious for what we needed. Again, the room was probably the cleanest I've ever been in. They have Dove soap, lotion, conditioner for your use which is great. Small fridge available for drinks. Breakfast was great. Sausage, potatoes, eggs, toast, bagels, and fruit available. A waffle maker would be more icing on the cake for breakfast but it was enough to start your day. Check out is easy. This is the first time I did it through the TV. I turned my keys at the front desk on the way out and that was it. Plenty of parking out front. Outstanding hotel. Thank you.

We arrived pretty late, close to midnight. The front doors were locked, but we were promptly welcomed by reception.
We were put in a room on the third floor in the corner... the floor was not carpeted, so easy to keep clean, but also not cold or uncomfortable to walk on.
The temperature in the room was good, but could easily be adjusted. There was a mini-fridge and large TV.
Breakfast was good enough to get the day started. The juice machines were broken and the selection was limited, so it was nothing to write home about but also nothing to complain about.
Great stay! I would stay here again if I am in the area and traveling with my dog.

Nice hotel updated hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is near a highway, but the noise from people using the shower/toilet in the room next to and above me were clearly heard in my room. I did enjoy my stay, which irritates me that they were so close to being an amazing hotel, but they had this one issue.
