The mattress was OK oneside, but the other was broken as it was the side you sit to watch TV. Which was good for my wife as she thought she was gonna fall out of the bed .

We've used this hotrel on a number of occassions, mainly the location and what the facilities have to offer. On this trip, the hotel ran out of beverages on day 1 - reason given was running the stock down due to the Govt taking over the hotel. When we pay for the services that an establishment offers, running the stock down isn't a reason. Leftover stock could have been transferred to another hotel.

Room passes were annoying and we had to keep going to reception to sort it. Staff all lovely, loved the bathroom and ice machine

Children running up and down the corridors between 9.30pm and 10.30pm keeping us awake.
Breakfast was a disgrace. Absolute free for all. Couldn’t get access to food. People barging in front of you and grabbing stuff. No tables available.

We were allocated room 110 which is above the hotel entrance and outdoor smoking area. Unfortunately our first night was disturbed by late returning party goers who stood outside until 0245. Otherwise a very good stay with friendly staff, good breakfast and comfortable room. Late check out was really appreciated. Very handy location for many attractions in the midlands. Leisure centre next door and local restaurants in walking distance.

The hotel was lively, we were warmly greeted on check in and found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The room was nice but the bed and sofa bed were very uncomfortable. Also the bathroom was very dirty at the base of the door to the shower, and the toilet lid would not stay up.
