I normally don’t post negative reviews, but I stay at the Staybridge Suites for the home like feeling and comfort, but the room that I was in was so outdated, and the mattress was old and squeaky, which made it very uncomfortable for me to rest.

Convenient location, property is clean, rooms are clean. They take the necessary COVID-19 precautions in common areas. Free hot breakfast is a definite plus!!

Food was monotonous and boring
Rooms were fairly clean and hygienic
Staffs were very cooperative
No evening snacks

This hotel is very quiet and comfortable. The staff was prompt and courteous. The grounds and rooms are clean and sanitary. Could not be a better value

The pool was not open, they dont allow much of anything .. They dont have the bestcustomer service skills ... But overall the room was pretty good

The room was clean and neat. I love how beverages were stocked also in the bathroom it was super clean these are my two rooms that I always base my complaints or comments. Great experience making me feel at home.

I tried to use my points and the lady on line answers were all misleading and not correct and nothing related to customer curtsy

great hotel under the present virus measures. still a homelike atmosphere, even though access to the fitness center, no evening reception and only grab and go breakfasts were available. No housekeeping during my stay which is great. Towel exchanges only. No activities of any kind are available, but that is understandable.

We only had an issue with parking. It should accommodate however many people stay at the room.
