Home feel from a comfortable room to the entire establishment & staff

Recommend for a short or long stay as the environment is warm and friendly and the rooms are super clean and comfortable. You actually forget your in a hotel as you feel at home. Fantastic staff and food.

The lobby is updated and very beautiful. Then you go to the elevators that sound like metal grinding when the door’s open and close, then screeching while they move. Walking down the hall you noticed stains on the carpet and all the entry doors were rusted. Entering my room, we got an odor of mildew, our couch was broke and unusable. Our bathroom had mold in corners behind the door and the toilet.

Great value and a very good location for visiting anything in the Wilmington and Wrightsville area. However some parts of the hotel are beginning to look tired and things like the sofa bed mattress really do need replacing.

This is my second time at this property and I was just as thrilled as the first stay. Love the full kitchen and location is perfect to quickly get to the beach and the waterfront of Wilmington.

My partner and I didn’t expect the room to be as nice as it was. He mentioned a few times about how nice it was. I’m the one who booked it so it made me proud of my choice.

Overall room very clean and nice to have a full kitchen. Great location for needs in the area. Staff was friendly. Bathroom clean. Could use more channel selections. Parking was tight for vehicle but able to access.

We stopped here for two nights while traveling the East Coast. It was an average experience.
We were traveling with pets- staff very friendly and always greeted the dogs. The pet relief area was non-existent. Maybe a 4x4 foot area, but there were plenty of poop bags available. The hotel Is in a very commercial area, but we did find a nice dog park nearby to exercise the pups. (Love the bring Fido app for traveling with pups). The staff was very friendly- no complaints there.
Breakfast was what you expect, but both days the egg selections were gross. Other decent choices available though.
Overall, an average stay. Nothing exceptional, nothing terrible.

My wife, friends and I really enjoyed our stay. Very accommodating hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty each morning. Josh and Michelle do a great job with keeping this place up to standard and staff is like family. I have been going here for years and will continue to stay here while visiting Wilmington.

Hotel was clean and the staff was great. Our room was huge and all the food and the little store were great. We got snacks in the morning for the drive. The rooms were clean and the hotel was silent. We slept soundly!

The front desk staff and manager/assistant manager were very nice and pleasant to talk too. My room keys were already waiting for me when I arrived. The front desk people always asked me about my stay and I’ve I needed anything
