Amazing Beach Front Family Hotel

This was our first time going to Bali as a family and we have had an amazing 6 days. We enjoyed the pool, the location, buffet breakfast, the comfortable rooms, daily house keeping did an amazing job making sure our room was cleaned and replenished. The friendliness of the staff made it a welcoming and safe place. The kids enjoyed the PS4 in the room and going to kids club. We also had massages at the Tea Tree Spa and it was a perfect relaxation experience. This was also my children’s first massage experience. The hotel is not very big compared to other hotels which makes it an intimate, cozy and quieter choice of the hotels around the area. We would recommend this hotel to families as is affortable and well managed.

Been here many times, couldn’t ask to stop. From the begining till the end, everything is perfect. The front office (chenk, meira, widi, bawa, yona, ferdi, wira, bayu) staffs, restaurant dining (Rika, Eka, Nano, Novia etc), the security team are super great. And Suci the housekeeper, prepared the cute towel to surprise us when we arrived. They showed the true hospitality is. Thank you for celebrating our son’s birthday!! Keep shining!

Staff were excellent and IHG status made for extra care throughout our stay. Comfortable bed, great shower and good food, so we were well pleased.

The reception staff were very helpful especially Widi who sorted our rooms for us. The restaurant and kitchen staff were amazing in looking after my daughter’s allergies. I have to specifically mention Dewik, Tina, Eka and Arika for their great hospitality. It was amazing to see that staff members of every shift knew her allergies. The cleaning crew did an amazing job too. Housekeeping team is excellent.

We stayed here for 8 nights.The staff were outstanding, nothing was too much and they always made us feel special. One lady in particular, I believe her name was Ari really stood out to us.
The food was lovely, however we felt the menu should be different in the bar to the restaurant so dining in the restaurant would feel more special. Beach was lovely.
We were disappointed there was no entertainment each evening, regardless of it being 2 weeks before Christmas the occasional singer would have been well received.
Very well run accommodation and would stay again.

We wanted somewhere relaxing for a week long holiday taking in Christmas through to New Year. We wanted a resort that offered something for the whole family, age range 3 to 67 years.
The result of our search was Holiday Inn, Nusa Dua.
HI at Nusa Dua fit our requirements perfectly. The ambience, the staff, the facilities, the food, the service, all were amazing and a definite 10 out of 10. The beach is spotless and the area beautifully maintained. The littlies loved Kids Club when they weren't swimming and the staff that care for the kids were just fabulous. Over the week we were in Bali the littlies went for about an hour each day over 4 days and always came back to us with much excitement
about the staff, the activities they did and the other kids they met.
As for us adults we couldn't fault one thing. The staff remembered all our names and treated us with genuine kindness. The swimming pools are great and the swim up bar was fabulous for a Bintang or milkshake. The orders sometimes included a couple of bowls of icecream too.
To all the wonderful staff who cleaned our rooms, fed us beautiful food, showed the kids and us a great time and shared a smile and joke with us we say thank you for making our Christmas holiday so special.
We look forward to seeing you all again in 2025.

We always stay in this hotel in Bali. Never failed to provide us great service, Room is clean, amenities are well maintainesd, the staff are very welcoming. Kids loved it here. Will return again.

Have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions and the service is always exceptional. The staff are friendly and they speak
English well. They are detail orientated in that they remembered I stayed here a week ago, left to visit Jakarta and came back again. They also remembered that I am gluten-free from one of the mornings which I requested for gluten-free bread. I am not sure how they are able to remember so many guest's itinerary and dietary preferences. It goes to show they are passionate about what they do in hospitality.
Being able to access the beach right at the back of the hotel is a plus as it is sectioned off so that only the guests here can use it.
I have stayed at another Holiday Inn in Baruna, Bali but it does not compare at all to this one at Nusa Dua.
This has been my go-to-hotel for almost a decade and I always feel right at home here.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. It was clean, well-organized, and very quiet, making it a comfortable and relaxing experience. However, the breakfast buffet lacked a variety of Arabic food, which would have been a nice addition. Also, the bathroom had only one type of bidet available, and when I requested an alternative, it wasn’t available. Despite these minor issues, the hotel is beautiful, and I would recommend it.

The hotel staff is truly outstanding. From the moment I stepped out of the car, I was welcomed with a warm smile and promptly guided to the reception, where Widi took his time to explain everything in detail. Even though I arrived early, he made sure I was comfortable while waiting for my room to be ready. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly warm and kind. The young man who came to clean my room was not only polite but also offered his assistance if I needed anything, even though my room had already been thoroughly cleaned. On the second day, when I went down for breakfast, the hostess remembered that I liked caffe latte and immediately offered to bring me one. It’s those little touches that really stand out. When you have a team that's genuinely helpful and happy to serve, it reflects positively on how they’re treated by management. I'm definitely planning to return for a longer stay! My room was spacious with a stunning ocean view which allowed my photographer and manager to take the perfect shots for my business—just perfect!

We had a great time at Holiday Inn Nusa Dua Bali. The room was beautiful and comfortable. View from the room was good. It was very clean and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Restaurant was good, we had delicious vegetarian options for the main course. Kids menu was well appreciated by my child. Breakfast buffet was very good as well. Loved the pool and overall ambience of the resort. Ocean view in front of the pool was very relaxing. Everything was very well maintained. Was very happy to receive a surprise birthday cake with a song performance from the staff. Wonderful stay overall.
