Yes. Just sign into your account, click on “View Member Materials” and print a new card. You can begin using it immediately. Or, you can choose “Order Card” if you wish to get a plastic card which will be sent to your address within 2-4 weeks.

Can I transfer points to my family and friends?

IHG® Rewards Club points can be transferred to another IHG® Rewards Club member in 1,000 point increments for $5 USD per 1,000 points. There is no limit to the number of points a member can transfer or receive. Click to Transfer points now. Do IHG® Rewards Club Points expire?

To reward our guests who choose to stay with us more often, we focus more program benefits toward members who earn and redeem on a regular basis. All points will expire after 12 months if there's no account activity. But it's easy to maintain your points balance. Just earn or redeem once a year through any of our IHG hotels or partners.

IHG® Rewards Club Gold Elite membership will be awarded to you if you have a minimum of 10 nights at qualifying rates; earn at least 10,000 Elite Qualifying points during a calendar year. How do I become an IHG® Rewards Club Spire Elite member?

IHG® Rewards Club Spire Elite membership will be awarded to you if you have a minimum of 75 nights at qualifying rates; earn at least 75,000 Elite Qualifying points during a calendar year. Once you have earned Spire Elite membership status in any calendar year, you will maintain such status through the end of the following calendar year. If I qualify for the Spire Elite, how long will I be able to access my Choice Benefit?

Once you qualify for Spire Elite, you'll be able to access and choose your Choice Benefit until the end of the program year (usually the end of the following calendar year.) For example, if you earn our newest membership level in August 2015, you'll have until 31 December 2016 to select your Choice Benefit.

I would like to upgrade my friend to Platinum Elite, but my friend is not an IHG Rewards Club member. Is this possible?

Yes, you can nominate to upgrade someone to Platinum Elite but your friend will need to enroll in IHG Rewards Club first, by simply logging on to ihg.com/rewardsclub and selecting “Join IHG Rewards Club".

As a Spire Elite member, if I choose 25,000 bonus points this year for my Choice Benefit and I requalify for Spire Elite next year, will I get to make another choice next year?

Yes, each year that you earn or maintain Spire Elite, you'll earn another Choice Benefit. And each year you can make a different choice.

As a Spire Elite member, can I switch my Choice Benefit selection if I change my mind?

No, as both Choice Benefits are processed instantly, we are unable to reverse your choice once selected.

As a Spire Elite member, I'm ready to choose my Choice Benefit! How do I make my selection and how long will it take to see the points or for my friend to be upgraded?

Simply log-in to your account on ihg.com/rewardsclub and you'll be able to make your selection in your account. If you choose points, we'll deposit the points into your account immediately. If you choose to upgrade a friend to Platinum Elite, all you'll need is your friend's IHG® Rewards Club member number (or have them sign up at ihg.com/rewardsclub if not already a member), and we'll instantly upgrade your friend to Platinum Elite.

If I have an existing booking at a Principal property, will I still receive my Applause or Showtime benefits?

Any bookings made prior to 24th October 2018 at one of the above properties will be honored by IHG and your stays will count towards your 15% discount tracker. IHG reserves the right to replace the Applause and Showtime in-house benefits with an IHG Rewards Club benefit of similar standing.

What happens if I place a booking on or after 24th October 2018 at one of the above Principal properties?

Any bookings made on or after 24th October 2018 at these properties will not qualify for the Applause rate or in-house benefits. Showtime benefits will also not qualify at these properties after 24th October 2018.
