Staff good and friendly.
Room clean , furniture outdated and need replacement, carpet & sofas not clean with stains and Tv old.
Air conditioner is loud and noisy.
Toilet clean but need further hygiene

I highly recommend the new Madinah hotel, I’ve enjoyed my time there. The staff were really professional and friendly, the rooms were comfortable and have everything I need . I would like to thank Abdulraheem Baksh for going the extra miles to make sure that I have an outstanding stay .

I have already made a complaint to IHG guest relations and will complain here as well just to make sure my complaint won't be missed. I booked a hotel with my points for 3 nights and added my father's name as a secondary guest in the reservation through IHG. The receptionist on the desk asked for my passport and my father’s ID card which is fine but after staying for 3 nights my parents checked out and the hotel complained to IHG that it was a fraudulent reservation. My question to the property is did they call me to investigate if the booking is legit or not? When I informed my father about this thing he got ashamed and said we wouldn't be staying again if I booked with points in any IHG hotel. I have a lot of other things to mention but I won't as I have already informed guest relations. I am very disappointed with what I had to go through and that put a tag on my account that there was a fraud happened through my account. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

This hotel property give us very unforgettable experience during our stay in Madinah. It’s 10/10. Receptions are so very nice. They are very hospitable. Hotel location is very walking distance.

It was very good experience to stay with new Madinah hotel especially the guest relations manager Abdul Rahim Buksh he really supports us a lot and also make our stay fantastic
