WiFi and Laundry

this hotel needs to UPDATE their WiFi , I was staying on far end on forth floor and my connection to wifi was poor . The laundry room needs improvement , 2 out of the 4 WASHERS were out of order and the DRYERS do a poor Job , takes many cycles to dry a regular load of cloths.

There was nowhere to park to check in. Parking lot pretty well lit, but didn't feel really safe. Coffee pot wasn't clean.
Previous guest's jacket was in clothes closet.

We had a slight issue on our night: The Hotel couldn't control their guest's behaviors. However, I just contacted them today about my refund and point promised, and they were so helpful applied for the credit back to my card and updating my promised points. When you are an elite member and you only mostly stay at IHG hotels their customer service is beyond outstanding.

It was very nice staying at this motel. It was comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpfull. I would stay there again.

Horrible. Dirty linen and towels. No one at the desk. No one answered the phone. Another guest OD’d while we were at hotel.

cleaniness of room was great , location is Best thats its close to my employeer , safe , quiet , relaxing ... around hotel is clean , staff is great , manager is nice , well performed staff, I like using my points to help with stay

We stayed at this property after completing a cross-country drive. We moved to the Richmond area and needed an extended stay hotel while we waited to move into our new home.

Unfortunately, I stayed one night. I had a flight to catch in the morning. The young lady at the front desk was gracious and I approached that.
