Great Staff and Clean Room

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The front desk staff was accommodating with all my questions regarding restaurants to visit and also routes to take on a day trip to Washington, D.C. I will definitely visit again!

High quality staff is this property's saving grace. Everything else from the bare feet on lobby coffee table, to dirty hallway carpets, filthy stained drapes, bathrooms that need a major renovation, this place is great if you have a voucher, but not for the highway traveler looking for a decent nights rest. Smoke smelled rooms and fragrant Mary Jane in the hallways constantly wafting. Not ideal for families.

Had two rooms that were musty with active leaks. Third room had no water pressure and security lock on door was busted. This place is scary. Shocking that IHG Corp has not stepped in.

I travel often and usually get offers for free upgrades, or a snack at the minimum, however; i did not here. I appreciate the response time and the front desk for being there for my questions. I overall enjoyed the stay.

When I first arrived, the representative was very friendly, first room had broken utilities and appliances and roaches in the room. The hotel needs to be fumigation and treated for this problem. I'm an IHG member and points never was put on my account. Second room bathroom had hair everywhere, and towels were dirty. In the bedroom the carpet had an old vomit stain that was never cleaned. Also roaches too.

I enjoyed my stay and I look forward to staying again. I hope that upon my next stay, attention has been given to acquire sheets that fit the bed properly to ensure that they will stay secured on the corners.

Hotel run down with cockroaches and mold. Told front desk every single day about problems in the bathroom, heat and AC. Nothing was fixed. Cockroaches coming out of the sink and The floors were very uneven while walking through the hotel room.
Remodeled, though needs work.

Hotel needs to work on cleanliness and services. Door had issues shutting and my Yetti water bottle was taken/stolen from the hotel. The hotel is not located in a good area as well.

We stay at this hotel because it is one of the few that allows cats. The hotel needs a complete overhaul. The rooms are run down & the sink water pressure is non existent. The thermostat doesn't maintain a decent temperature at night so we find it way to warm for a decent night's sleep. This could be a great property if it was maintained.

Qa/Qc would have caught the problems that I discovered in my room all in all the bed and TV were excellent the staffing was great I was in town for a funeral and was as more interested in being on time for the events involved with that. Maybe my next visit will be better I am an IHG Member.
