This is a great place. Loved it all. Soft pillows, free laundry, within walking distance to several restaurants, amazing staff, amazing shuttle driver. Just overall excellent.
Only con, but not enough to affect my rating, is the water pressure was low and the water never got that hot until the 2nd night.

At the end I had good experience here for 2.5 months. Overall hotel is convenient for long stays room cleaning is a little bit weak. Receptionists are perfect and helpful all the time. Also there is a perfect restaurant just under hotel which makes amazing foods

Room was comfortable and clean. Front desk was efficient. Shuttle to the airport was on time. Friendly driver. Let me park my car during the time we were away on a trip for a small fee..

Nice place close to airport. They have a free shuttle to/from airport. The rooms were clean and spacious. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it would have if we stayed longer. Bathrooms have Dove brand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. I saw a LOT of pilots staying there, so I took that as a good sign :)

Great amenities and room. Cupboard came in handy when we checking in after a cancelled flight. Bed was confortable and room was clean. Closeness to airport and the availability of a shuttle to the airport was very convenient. Being able to have a hotel that accepted my dog was also convenient.

Very nice hotel and great staff, However, tiny ants in our bathroom resulted in a bad room experience, Poor service in the on-site restaurant resulted in a terrible dining experience. Otherwise, it was convenient and it felt safe.

The kitchen was great. Very clean rooms. The gym was nice too. Close to airport. Transportation from airport convenient. Check in and check out easy. Wifi worked well.

This is a great hotel to utilize to park your vehicle while traveling using Miami's ports and airports. We live in Sarasota which is at best 3+ hours to arrive by vehicle. We drove to hotel, parked our vehicle at the hotel for a fee per night, and was shuttled to the Airport. When we returned 26 days later, were shuttled back to the hotel, stayed the night, and then drove safely home the next day.
