Very clean. Friendly staff clean room. I stay at alot of hotels and this is one of the better ones forsure I will difiantly be returning.

I have stayed here numerous times while visiting Ann Arbor. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are comfortable.

I wish our Saturday night could have been better.. our room seemed very small with a child.. the bed had dog hair on it.. the front desk staff didn’t wanna move us. We decided to stay one more time before giving up hope on this hotel.. Wednesday evening seemed some what better we stayed in the 1 bed room suite Kevin was helpful.. but I’m not sure if my family would stay again

Was a great place to recover from surgery. Staff on checkin was one of nicest people I have ever met.

The staff was friendly and addressed all my questions promptly. My room was clean and I always enjoy having a kitchenette on my longer stays! I also appreciate Free laundry services!

Great staff. Gentleman who checked me in very friendly took care of all my needs. Night shift guy I was very impressed with. I stay in hotels over 200 days a year. He is the first night crew member I have seen, sweeping, cleaning and doing actual duties during his shift. I hope that management recognize this young man for his hard work and dedication to his job. Unfortunately I don't remember his name. Quiet place, very comfortable environment.
