Our room was very easy to maneuver around in my wheelchair. There was plenty of space beside the bed to transfer from my chair and the height of the bed was perfect- slightly elevated but no so high that I needed to be lifted into bed. The bathroom was large and the grab bars were logically placed. The offset shower controls were helpful so that the person assisting with bathing doesn’t get drenched.
Overall it was very pleasant stay.

The room was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Just wish they had some firmer pillow options and the pool was a little warmer but otherwise no complaints! The front desk staff was excellent as well. Also wish the cupboard had a few other options and no sugar drink options in the fridge.

Everything was clean and updated .. such a great place to relax and unwind. Very pet friendly which was important to me since I have a service dog. And.. Madison was extremely professional and helpful with everything! Customer Service is super important! I’ll definitely be back! THANK YOU!

This is my first time staying at this property. My sons and I reserved two rooms for the night so we could stay the night after a concert in Pittsburgh rather than drive the 90 minutes home late at night. Very clean rooms. A nice quiet location. Close to restaurants. Quick check-in and check-out procedures. Very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. The TV remote was very confusing and difficult to figure out at first, but the TV was nice and offered plenty of channels. Bathroom was clean and nice with plenty of lighting and counter space. We didn't utilize any of the kitchen amenities so I can't comment on any of that. I would recommend this hotel.
Bed was too hard.

I absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the second we walked in the staff wanted to bend over backwards to make sure that we were taken care of. The area for the dogs was awesome and had poop bags ready and a place to throw them out. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower had dove products which was above and beyond

Overall a great experience. I did notice male human whiskers in the bathroom sink. We had one glass with cracks in it but not enough to deform the glass.

Chose here for an overnight stay in the area. Both front desk attendants were very friendly and welcoming at arrival and departure. Suites are huge, bed was super comfortable and felt like we were in a large apartment. A few very small things for improvement the floor could have been vacuumed better throughout and there should be a towel hook next to the shower in the large bathroom to hang towel for when you get out. Other than that everything else was very well appointed and lots of storage, especially if you are planning a long stay or have a big family.

We stayed in Cranberry for an annual overnight shopping trip. We booked Candlewood suites last minute but really ended up enjoying our stay. The GM, Joe was friendly and very accommodating as was his night staff. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. We enjoyed having the kitchen area as well. Our child took full advantage of the indoor pool which is extreme clean. Overall, it was very clean with exception of one area missed in the bathroom. It was minor enough that I felt comfortable grabbing a wet wipe and cleaning it myself but, if it was something more major I would have felt comfortable asking staff to have it cleaned again.
