ฉันและครอบครัวเคยมีการเข้าพักที่รีสอร์ทแห่งนี้หลายครั้ง และทุกครั้งเราก็มีประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมกับความสะดวกสบายและของใช้ในห้องพักในห้องสวีท และที่สำคัญที่สุดคือลูกๆ ของเราชอบมาที่นี่มาก!

The staff there is very friendly and helpful upon checking in. Very clean and quiet. The maintenance crew is very friendly and always making sure guest are taken care of as well. This location is also convenient and easy to get to. The rooms are awesome, spacious and comfortable, feels like home almost. Definitely will be staying again soon. Thanks IHG for great service.

South Beach รีสอร์ท เป็นสถานที่ที่ยอดเยี่ยมในการเข้าพักเมื่อเราไปเยือน Myrtle Beach IHG One Rewards Access ทะเลได้ง่ายเนื่องจากมีอาคารแยกพร้อมสระว่ายน้ำของตัวเอง สระว่ายน้ำอื่นๆ มากมายพร้อมสายน้ำไหลเอื่อย 2 สาย และพื้นที่เล่นสำหรับเด็กๆ ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีใกล้กับร้านอาหารและสถานที่พักผ่อนหย่อนใจอื่นๆ หลายแห่ง
Poor customer service from Group Sales

A lovely comfortable hotel. I'm not pleased with Maurleen, in Group Sales office. She has stopped communication after charging me a $1,487.08 attrition penalty. I blocked 20 rooms for a family reunion and her count didn't include
family members who booked their rooms via external resources. She also stated some rooms weren't occupied when the families did checkin. I have emailed her twice and 2 other family members also tried to contact her and no response. This is very poor customer service and they got my $1,487.08 ($500.00 deposit not refunded plus $171.08 room taxes and
debited my account $987.08).
Overnight joy.

Great Property and clean rooms. Lazy River was fun.

What a pleasurable and relaxing hotel for all members of our family. A lifeguard was available at the adjacent pool side and the little ones couldn't stop squealing for joy as the splash and floats continued non stop. The price was well worth all of the added amenities. The shuttle to the beach every 15 minutes allowed all to schedule their fun and down times. We are looking forward to our next trip here and will definitely book with Holiday Inn (IHG).

We stayed here for during a vacation to Surfside/Myrtle Beach area. We booked a 2 bedroom suite as we have 2 kids. We arrived very early, and although check-in is technically at 4pm the hotel gave us a gate code so we could access the parking lot and pool areas, which was really nice. Additionally they got us into our room very early, notifying us by text that it was ready, so this was a nice surprise.
The pool areas were very nice and clean, with everything functioning and lifeguards watching the slides and picking up tubes that were scattered around from the lazy river.
The kids were really enjoying their pool time, until 5pm when they closed the water slides down. This was disappointing as check in is officially 4 pm, and the slides are closed an hour later. The only reason we booked the hotel for the day was the advertised water park, as we had spent the rest of the week on the beach. Another family had just arrived and checked in and had just started to enjoy the slides as well when they were shut down, you could tell they were upset. I realize that those slides are monitored so they have to have personnel, but we never saw a single place during booking or the description of the hotel on the website or in the app that mentioned the slides closed early. The kids continued to swim in the pool and enjoy the lazy river, which did remain open through the evening.
Our room itself was very nice, in good shape overall with some nice touches. The kitchen was updated and stocked, our washer/dryer had 3 small boxes of detergent and a basket, and the master bath shower was insanely huge.
We did find that one of the doors to the screened patio would not lock at all, the lights above the kitchen bar needed dusting/cleaning pretty badly, and in the morning my wife found a large dead roach outside our bedroom door, and saw another moving in the kitchen. I'm sure it's very hard to keep these pests out of these units but it's just not something you want to see.
We did order some lunch from the on-site kitchen while we were there; I would skip getting food on site if possible, it's just frozen, low-quality food but it was convenient, and they have a small store with some essentials you can pick up if needed.
Overall our stay was good; the hotel, rooms, grounds, and pool areas were nicely kept. They have a shuttle service that continuously goes across the street to the beach access and back, and it's convenient to a lot of things in the area.

Wonderful place for family, very friendly. Pools are great and staff friendly. Rooms are spacious. Furniture up to date. Love the patio over looking pool.

เรายืนกรานที่จะอยู่บนชายหาด และได้รับแจ้งมาว่าโรงแรมนี้อยู่ติดชายหาดอย่างแน่นอน แต่เมื่อเราไปถึงที่นั่น เราพบว่าหาดอยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนและต้องนั่งรถรับส่งเพื่อไปที่นั่น
มีเพียงพวกเรา 2 คน และเราไม่ได้ต้องการหรืออยากได้พื้นที่ทั้งหมด พร้อมห้องครัวและ ห้องพัก นั่งเล่น ฉันไม่ต้องการทำอาหารขณะลาพักร้อน
ตอนนี้ สำหรับครอบครัว คงจะยอดเยี่ยมมาก - ห้องพัก มากมาย พื้นที่ทำอาหารดี ใช้เครื่องซักผ้าและเครื่องอบผ้า และสระว่ายน้ำมากมายให้ครอบครัวได้เพลิดเพลิน
