Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Work out on TV very well rounded with needed equipment in room for participation.

On the first day, I noticed the bathroom door was barely hanging on and the shower door was replaced with a cheap 99 cent store shower curtain, and the paint on the walls and ceilings were peeling. When I woke up the second day and went to take a shower there was no hot water. Taking a cold shower in CT was awful. I was moved to a different room but it was smaller than what I paid for. Also, there are train tracks nearby and the walls are not well insulated so you can hear the train every time it passes. The walls are paper thin and you can hear people walking in the hallways as well as talking at night. It was overall not a comfortable place to stay.
Perhaps the biggest issue I had with this hotel is that it seems staff does not enforce mask rules for its guests in common areas.

Not much to recommend this property. The room assigned was small, smaller than I (we) are used to. (I am semi-retired and I travel with my wife.) I could have done without the "medicine ball" in our room which took up a bunch of space. The computer desk was tiny and sandwiched between the beds. There were some exercise ropes hanging on a wall . . . the ropes did not look very clean.
There are no "free" amenities, like free coffee or tea in the lobby, kinda' like the 1980's. Everything had a price tag. Not even a free bottle of water.

Great hotel, amazing staff, clean environment, love the shower only no tub in my room, very comfortable bedding.

Room ac/heat unit sounded like a jet plane going off—literally— and multiple times a night. Room itself very clean. Entry carpet filthy. Door tracks in elevators filthy. Tacky dirty homemade out of order signs. Much of snack bar food overpriced but then again was I the only honest person who paid for my food (self service scanners)? Nice staff— too nice because they said nothing to guests without masks, even when the guests were at the front desk.

This hotel gets 5 stars. Everything about this hotel was a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I wanted to keep our workout routine going so it was so nice to find a hotel that you could work out in the privacy of your own room, though we also used their fabulous gym! The room was so peaceful and the bathroom was soooo wonderful. The bed was so comfy and we both slept amazingly! The shower was so relaxing and big enough to feel like it’s own space! The added screen on the window was so peaceful and a nice touch. I would come back here in a heartbeat and I will definitely recommend this hotel! The price is reasonable!

Staff needs to be more knowledgeable about companies policies and procedures when ask why certain things are the way they are
