Overall my stay was pretty decent! The hotel is up to date. The bed is amazing and oh goodness the pillows are like sleeping on clouds. It is very comfortable. The only issue I had is the room was very small for the price I paid and I had someone above me who stomped all night long. Breakfast was not prepared in time, which is not a big deal but I wanted my kids to eat something before leaving but they were able to grab a yogurt and muffin. The breakfast choices were okay. I would recommend overall. Not for a long term stay but a day or two you could get away with.

We were extremely happy with this Avid location. Extremely clean & the staff was very friendly & professional. We travel with our service dog & she was welcomed by the staff.

This is a quiet, comfortable hotel in a safe area convenient to stores,restaurants, or whatever you may need. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, comfortable spot to stay the night I definitely recommend. It’s a basic hotel with basic amenities but is comfortable and clean. The staff there are friendly and helpful. This my go to when I come into the area.

We travel to Florida every year with our dog and stay here every year. We arrive late and leave early and they are always very accommodating and pleasant, even when we check in quite late. We were the last to check in and the desk clerk greeted me by name when I walked in! ;) They always have treats for our dog so its his favorite place to stop. We don't use any of the amenities as it is basically a place to sleep for 8 hours and continue on but the beds and pillows are always comfy and the room clean. Since it is pet friendly, I appreciate the laminate flooring because it always feels clean (as opposed to carpeting). The price is always reasonable as well. We'll be back next year!

Nice hotel, great staff, good location. Plenty of places to eat near the hotel. Overall nice atmosphere and good service.
The rooms are entirely too small. There is no where to sit so plan on going to bed as soon as you get there.

I absolutely hated this hotel. It was clean but I felt claustrophobic in the room which is just a little larger than the king size bed. I feel it should be half the price because it’s definitely half of a room. There are too many nice hotels at this price point to ever stay at an Avid hotel again.
Nice place no parking for big trucks

I called prior to arriving to verify parking for big trucks. Ended up having to park on the road.
Perfect stay. Booked two rooms. Clean and quiet. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, shower was wonderful, beds comfy.

Perfect stay. Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Shower was great, beds comfy. Coffee was fresh. Lots of breakfast choices.
