Nice staff Hotel needs to do better Cable was cut off in the middle of my stay not enough towels in the bathroom shower sprayed all over everywhere

Rooms are super clean and very comfortable. Loved the full size refrigerator, stove and coffee maker.

This was our first time staying at an IHG Hotel. We stayed here on the recommendation of family member who had stayed here briefly during a home remodel project. In these COVID times, we felt the hotel was very clean and well kept and employees were taking all necessary precautions to keep their guests safe. The suite was spacious, the bed comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. The rain head shower and water pressure was nicer than hotels we have stayed at. Overall a very good experience. We would stay at an IHG hotel again based on this experience.

We drove in from the West Coast and stayed at multiple places the first week; My wife found Candlewood Suites and we stay here 2 weeks. We had a one bedroom suite and it met all our needs for a mobile office to centrally located for visiting family. We will stay here again.

The customer service was great but it could fix bad housekeeping. My room was not clean.There was was dried food on my comforter and stains on my sheets.The bathroom was equally dirty.Housekeeping came to change linen but I was too uncomfortable to enjoy a nights rest. i was only offered an apology.

The room had everything that you'd need to feel at home... including dishes, silverware and a pot for the stove...ice trays and a water pitcher....a large desk for work and the sleeping area was separate. A dishwasher was also present in tihe room along with dish soap and a dish rag. A bag of microwaveable pop corn was even provided. The kids were excited. The room was modern and the waste baskets were strategically placed. Great room. Great stay.
