Great Atmosphere, Service, and Location

Awesome hotel conveniently located near the metro, train station, and downtown shopping/eateries. Although my stay was short, the property allowed me to get food nearby and provided some much needed rest (very comfortable if I may add). Additionally, the hotel's design and style provided such a relaxing atmosphere. I left well-rested/energized for my travel and next business engagement.

This hotel is so convenient to the central train station. So easy to get to from the airport. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Our room was spacious and overlooked the central train station square. It was very quiet in spite of its location, maybe it was the comfy bed. We regret that we only stayed one evening. An excellent choice if we return to Brussels.

First time in this hotel, very friendly management and staff, excellent decoration in style, very good use of space allocated for value added. I was amazed to notice the water taps in the corridor replacing plastic water bottles in the room. Very good choice of restaurant, bar, cafeteria. Nice décor in the breakfast room. Renovated rooms, well decorated, quiet, spacious, comfortable.

This hotel was very beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, clean, and customer service was very good. Check-in was very quick and easy, and the location was great. Although it was about a 10-15 minute walk from the city center, the subway system was right outside the hotel.

Always a huge fan of Hotel Indigos. It’s the first hotel I search for when on travel. Design and amenities are on point and usually in great locations. Highly recommend staying here. Have never had a bad experience staying at this chain.

What a refreshing change - this hotel is well-styled, not just in the bedrooms, but in the lobby and lift areas and the lounge. It even smells good!
Breakfast was varied and well-stocked, and the more relaxed eating area had a good variety of lighter, fresh food. I didn’t use the restaurant in the evening as it was closed on Sunday and Monday.

Chambre correcte mais toilettes exiguës, service de nettoyage quand-même superficiel, le restaurant très pauvre.Sinon un emplacement parfait, personnel très disponible et un petit-déjeuner copieux et varié.

I was overall extremely happy with the experience of staying at the hotel, I travel often and it's the little things that are frequently overlooked that can spoil a stay in such a place - the Indigo did a great job of providing a well-rounded and cared-for experience and a comfortable clean night's sleep.
