Mi queja es porque no me permitieron pagar con puntos mi estadía, no entiendo esa postura por parte del personal que me atendió. Según esta persona no lo tienen permitido, al final no me puse a discutir con esta gente que su única intención es decirle no al cliente. Al final yo en la aplicación del banco hago el pago a puntos y eso es todo. Pero la trabajadora que me atendió la verdad debería de dedicarse a otra cosa porque la atención al cliente no es lo suyo.

My experience overall was fantastic, the staff made a great effort to attend to my needs and provide me the comfort I needed to enjoy my sleep. I appreciate their efforts and willingness to make my stay very comfortable

We enjoyed our three night stay. It was comfortable and easy on the wallet. The staff was awesome, very attentive and always looking to please and help the guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The best hotel I have stayed at in Celaya mexico. the bed is so comfortable including the pillows! the kitchen is equipped with everything you will need just like if you were at home

Confort beds, excellent pillows, good location, it's clean, good security, good wifi, good TV, maybe the jacuzzi Is Little, but Is ok, I loved the colours, I mean, the space give you peace, the parking Is secure, the space of the pool is good too, but check the pool, water Is so cold, I can't uded, and that was a reason I take that hotel,

We’ve been staying there each time we visit the city, we like the privacy and the comfort of the room, although we almost never have the breakfast because it ends really early, we really like the hotel and the staff is very nice.

El diseño de sus habitaciones es de muy buen gusto, bonito, tienen más servicios como gimnasio, alberca y el desayuno que sirven es variado, sabe muy rico, lo que más se siente es el buen ambiente de sus trabajadores, siempre dispuestos a ayudar

Everything was great during my stay. All the staff was very friendly. I was able to enjoy some time in the swimming pool and did a little work out at the gym. The suite they gave me was magnificent. The food also was very good. Needless to say, all the installation is super clean!!

If you like a great bed and a very quiet stay but still close to everything this hotel is for you. Security is great at this location and everyone is so friendly. This is a first class hotel always working to make you stay special.

La habitación es bastante amplia y muy confortable, así como con una limpieza impecable, recomendable en su totalidad, esperando sea el mismo trato en mi próxima estancia
