The stay was fine, do miss the morning breakfast due to Corona. I was unable to find TV channel menu with the remote, but no big deal .

I was passing through Pittsburgh but wanted to stay away from center of city. This was a perfect option. Close to highway, plenty of places nearby to get carryout and friendly staff.

Over priced ,should lower rates ,due to the fact that you cannot do anything,no swimming, no coffee upon arrival.
No one recognized me as a spire elite member..
I stayed in the area for the last 2 1/2 months,but stayed in an Air B

moved to pittsburgh from texas, and was relocating my son and we stayed here until we found an apartment to finish our move.we stayed 12 days, and i had some questions about my bill, and joe the manager took the time to explain in detail how the billing works...the entire staff including cleaning service workers were very polite, friendly, and attentive to our needs..i strongly recommend this location..

Stayed overnight for a business trip. Facility was very clean, staff was courteous and professional. Would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a good place to stay.

This is a great place to stay if you are traveling with pets, an excellent value compared to similar hotels. The room was large and very comfortable beds.

Wonderful staff. We were in room 320. There are handprint stains on the bathroom walls that need addressed. I love the guy with the red jeep and Strelers wheel cover
He has amazing customer service skills and a phenomenal personality. I hope he now knows what to wear to his cousin's wedding. But he still needs to go to the Cilumbus Zoo.
Candlewood cranberry is the best

I have stayed at 3 different Candlewood suites they are all excellent but Candlewood Cranberries staff is the absolute best staff I he ever encountered at a hotel ever Joe the manger is very accommodating and the rest of the staff as well they deserve an award for their customer service. I will continue to stay there.

The carpets in the hallway had been ripped up to be replaced. We had to hop over rolled carpet to get to our room.
We came here for our anniversary and reserved a king suite through the hotel website, not a 3rd party site. We did not get the room we reserved but rather a 2 bed suite. Not at all what we expected.
My only other interaction with staff was to ask for change so I could leave housekeeping a tip. They could not accommodate my request.

The room looked cleaned but smells dirty, as if was cleaned with dirty mop water. The walls and drapes look dirty and old as well.

I'm 58 years old with a health issue. I went to the desk and found the 2 men behind it wearing NO mask. They made no attempt to put one on once I got there. Assuming I don't get sick, what about my peace of mind for the couple of days following my visit. Staff: Call me to discuss this.
