Great Place

The front desk staff are great. Karen and Charisma are friendly and always do their best to make sure my stay is perfect for me. The rooms are always clean, and the housekeeping staff do a great job.

I had a wonderful service. I was very impressed with the staff friendliness and customer service. They made sure that I was happy with everything. I did feel more relaxed and comfortable.

I'm giving 4 out of 5 starts due the the fact that i'm not able to get a receipt online. There is absolutely no excuse for this in this day and age. With the never ending road construction the location isn't that great. The road has been torn up for over a year now.

They thought of everything! The kitchen was unexpected. Perfect for a stay and the family. Charisma ,was working the front desk when we arrived. Anything we needed ,she had an answer.

I would like to say thank you to the staff for exceeding my expectations. When I had questions they not only had the answers but didn’t hesitate to assist me. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this is my favorite one. Again, thank you.

Comfortable bed/bad smell in the bathroom

Free parking. Great bed. Clean except for the bathroom had a bad smell/like someone smoked. We were there for a funeral arrived at 2am, went to the funeral for the day, then left the following day at 6 am...I did not let the office know about the smell and no warm water in the morning to shower until we left.

Comfortable room.

I've stayed here many times, however, the Tv was a little smaller than I'm used to.
Its a very good value, less expensive that Holiday Inn Selects.
They coffee machine here is excellent. Hot coffee any time. I highly suggest these machines at all locations.
