I stayed a few times at the Queretaro Staybridge before realizing there was a Candlewood. This is my second stay and it is much better. There are a few issues as I have mentioned, like the AC being limited to 18 C and there not being gate access from the pet walking area to the pool. Also, I was unaware that the breakfast had to be paid for. Until my second day I was told that waiving the breakfast fee was an option along with the points or welcome amenity. I still chose the points.

I had a great 2 week stay for a business trip. Maria and Armando were wonderful at the front desk and Luis did an amazing job with my room. I will definitely stay again. Clean and comfortable with a friendly staff.
Comfort, Security and Convenience

Great place to stay. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Honest people I dropped money on the floor in my hurry to leave. Money was left on the desk in my room. Felt great to have honest people being in my room while I was gone. Great place to stay. Access to a variety of restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store across the street for things to cook in the room. Kitchen in the room stocked with dishes to prepare a nice meal.

The staff was great, speak Spanish and English. The breakfast area is very small and the cupboard area was not well stocked.

Highly recommend this hotel. The parking and security are a big plus. The amenities are amazing. Pool side is recommended, my home away from home for 6 months

Friendly staff, bi-lingual helped communication. Anytime I needed something they was prompt and friendly. Only struggle was the washer and dryer. Had to run clothes through additional wash cycle. And 4 dryer cycles. Clothes were still damp. Dryer wouldn't turn/rotate, had to manually start it. Switched dryers and it rotated just wouldn't get hot to dry clothes.

I enjoyed my stay at Candlewood Suites Juriquilla. The service was excellent and cleanliness as well. It is conveniently located near several stores and restaurants just a couple steps away.

This place is where both companies I work for, and the vendor has set us for us to stay. So I have no choice in the matter, but if I did I would choose this Hotel.

Very well received by the personal at the hotel they were very flexible to change one day of my stay and respect the rest of he days, the breakfast it is a plus very taste not many options but always are very good,
