The hotel was a classic. The design was a great reflection of the artistic characteristics of KC. The staff was so hospitable and friendly. We really felt right at home. The food was delicious. Overall, we had an incredible experience. Thank you.

The style of the building fits the neighborhood perfectly, and the interior design and decor match the vibe of the Library District in downtown Kansas City. The guest room was beautiful, particularly the bathroom and the mural on the wall. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was extremely friendly.

Your hotel is the opposite of good. Your hotel apparently houses people who are not trustworthy. If I speak my mind on how my experience was you do not accept it. Being charged twice two different amounts is not valued as a review of your hotel. I am not allowed to give you a bad review so I am re writing it in the most simplest form. Being over charged is one thing but two different charges different amounts is not correct. You are not good people.

From the time we arrived to the time we departed the hotel staff was professional and courteous. The atmosphere of the hotel was uplifting. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. I can't say anything bad about the experience, overall a great stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo. Beautiful decor and very clean hotel. We love the postage stamp and letter on the wall in our room. Unique and beautiful. Spacious walk in shower. Had breakfast inside Dott restaurant and it was delicious. Great hotel and restaurant staff.

from check in to check out the staff at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful.. This is our third year to stay at this hotel for the Big Twelve tournament and we enjoy the smaller cozy feel of this hotel. We also enjoy the on site restaurant and their wait staff,

I always look forward to staying here when needing to stay in downtown Kansas City. Staff is super friendly
Only small negatives is the $28/day for Valet Parking and the bar/restaurant could expand their menu a little.

This nice boutique hotel was a pleasure to stay at.
Checked all of the boxes. Only negative which is minimal is no Smart TV in the room. Regular cable.
Dot Boss Restaurant was right on-site and the staff was great.
I will stay here again next time.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and styled appropriately for the area. My room was gorgeous. The only complaint I have is the lack of options for breakfast, and minimal coffee available other than that everything was perfect.

Extremely comfortable bed in a spacious room. Spa like bathroom and on site bar and restaurant made this hotel one of my favorites in downtown Kansas City.
