For what I paid, my experience could have been much better. The room we stayed in smelled, and there was a lot of noise and foot traffic outside of our room. In addition, there was a cleaning lady there who was loud and full of complaints while she was at the front desk. Honestly, I didn't care to hear what she was saying, she was very rude, and she was a poor reflection of the hotel and their staff.
A manager should have told her to take her personal issues up in private and not done so while I, a customer, was present.

This hotel is by far one of the best hotels. I’ve stood in Pennsylvania, the staff was amazing, the amenities were great, the room was nice and very spacious, the full-size fridge, and the kitchen area worked out. Perfect, I will end this by saying this hotel is very clean and I highly recommend it.

rooms are clean, pool is nice, owner is frequently on site and he makes sure you are taken care of. Staff is very attentive and helpful and ther is free guest laundry. perfect place to stay. also close to grocery stores and restaurants

It was a nice place, clean etc. However, for the price - I expected a continental breakfast. The "cupboard" was horrible, with stale overpriced cans of soda and they didn't even have real creamer/milk for the coffee/tea.

The location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff was wonderful! The morning I was checking out, I had a hard time loading my dog’s crate on the luggage carrier…some of the cleaning staff jumped right in to assist me. I didn’t even have to ask. They were greeting my dog, too, which was sweet. The only recommendation I have is to make it a little easier to load and unload vehicles, especially if the customer is driving a big vehicle or towing a trailer. Parking wasn’t convenient, which made unloading and loading the car difficult.

The staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was not stocked very well, but I didn't ask for anything.

Great stay in Lancaster
Recently we traveled to Lancaster for a dinner theater attraction. We determined that it would be best if we stayed overnight and traveled the following day. We chose the Candlewood and were glad that we did. We were welcomed upon entering. Our room was very spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. The bed was comfortable. The bath area was exceptionally clean. We were quite impressed and felt we had made an excellent choice for our stay.
