Front staff and drivers were great to work with. The GM addressed the room cleanliness issues. The restaurant folks were nice. Over all I would stay at this hotel again.

This hotel has great amenities, is super clean and modern. We love the industrial vibe of the decor. The only issue we have is that it is somewhat noisy due to the proximity of the nearby highway.
Love the staff but give me a clean coffee cup

Cool, modern decor. The outstanding, friendly and helpful staff is their strength. Overall very clean but the bathroom floor had some stains and the place filled with steam because there was no fan. Coffee cups had no protective wrap. I have no idea if they were even washed. I generally loved the room layouts but the sliding bathroom door did not close into a notch, so left a 1/2" gap that would have been quite awkward with older kids.

Hotel is nice, clean and comfy rooms, great staff, good common areas.
Good on the river side, a little noisy on the highway side.
Breakfast service usually very slow even when not crowded. Last stay was ok, they're improving

Great property. Lovely staff. I stay there almost every time I’m in Pittsburgh. I’ve been there for work as well as visiting my college student and have always been very satisfied with my stay. Highly recommended.

I frequently travel to this area frequently for work, and I choose this hotel anytime I am in the neighborhood. The price is great considering the quality of the hotel and the rooms. When i am traveling alone, the hotel bar is a great place to get some work done, while unwinding with a drink. I love the decor and the parking is easy and accessible. One of my favorite Pittsburgh hotels.

Clean modern facility in a great location..The food is great as is the staff who take care of you. I travel a lot for work and the staff at this location do all they can to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible..highly recommend.

I’ve stayed here three times this past year for work and have been very pleased each visit. Great location, beautiful hotel, and super friendly staff!!

We were in Pittsburgh to celebrate my birthday. We had stayed at this hotel before and loved the fact of its unique industrial design in decor. It felt rich in local steel mill history. There is some traffic noise on the side of the hotel we were on but nothing too distracting. We tried room service a couple times and usually pretty good food and promptly delivered. We look forward to our next stay.

Bad Front Desk Management

Had multiple problems with front desk staff. I booked 5 rooms with 2 people in each room. I gave them the names of everyone that was staying in each room. They still had problems at check in. I was told breakfast was included in rooms. Yet they all paid $18 each for breakfast. They probably wouldnt have went but I told them it was included as that is what I was told. They then tried to charge my folks even though I sent in a travel authorization for all my guests. Multiple mess ups with this place.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The location was great especially since we were visiting Duquesne University. The beds were comfortable, it was clean , the bathrooms were modern/
clean and had everything you needed. My only complaint and it is a minor one is that the heating system was a little loud. Minor complaint. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it highly.
