Very clean and quiet hotel that is located in a great part of the gas lamp district. Rene at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was to my satisfaction.

Friendly hotel staff from the front desk to the restaurant with no issues. Hotel was booked solid due to multiple events in town, so a little backed up in the restaurant in the morning, but staff were friendlier and tried to get everything out as fast as they could. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Rooftop bar had a great view right into Petco field. Reasonably priced for the area, and walking distance to everything in the Gaslamp district.

Was given a dirty room with a fridge that still had food and leaked liquid inside. When this was brought to the staff's attention, they did not offer to give us another room, or to upgrade us, or even to get someone up there immediately to clean. Was told I would need to wait until the following day for I expected more from such an establishment.

I enjoyed being at this hotel. The beds were super comfortable. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next business trip. The area wasn’t necessarily the best with the homeless. But overall it was still a good day

Perfect location near everything you could possibly need. Overnight staff should be friendlier. Bedding is super comfortable! Will visit again!

Excellent service, facilities and location. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for people visiting San Diego. The Roof Top Bar with nice views into PETCO Park with fire pits for warmth was a highlight.

We came in to town for a Padres game. The walk to the game was short. Everyone at the hotel was helpful and the room was clean. They upgraded us to a Petco Park room and the view was great. My husband spent time at the bar and enjoyed his time and the service was good.

I really like this hotel due to the location. It is dog-friendly with a potty area on the 9th floor by their rooftop style bar. I am a coffee lover so it's awesome that there are 3 coffee shops to choose from and lots of brewery/outdoor seating to enjoy the weather

The service was amazing. The bed was comfortable and pillows were to amazing as well. Would recommend to friends and family. Would like to come back again soon to visit San Diego. Wish I could of spent more time at the hotel and checked out the food and bar.
