This is my second home, I love everything about it: so well led and nothing is too much trouble.

This was my sixth stay, from England, and I can’t overstate just how beautiful and remarkable this hotel is! Of course the location is ideal, for exploring Vienna but it’s the people that define “The Grand”

All aspects of our stay were outstanding and I wish to extend huge thanks to all. Terri 😊

A beautiful historical hotel

We recently spent three nights at the Grand Hotel Wien and were really impressed
by how festive it was, especially with all the holiday decorations. Our suite was spacious and luxurious, with incredibly comfy beds. The whole hotel just felt cozy.
The only thing that wasn't quite up to par was the daily room cleaning. Little things like the shoe horn not being put back in its place were a bit off-putting, especially since we thought the cleaning was better last time we stayed here.
Even with that small detail, we had a lovely stay overall.

The front desk service was excellent and agents were very helpful with a professional approach and manners.
The breakfast was good with many choices on the buffet but limited on the menu.
The room view and cleanliness was great but the bed comfort and pillows was very bad!!!

Lovely hotel.. check in was great, they explained every So we didn’t feel lost. Special thanks to Henrike and Franziska, they answered every question we had and helped a lot. The Rosengarten was great, nice staff and good drinks. Will definitely come again.

This stay was for 10 nights, however, I’ve spent a total of 38 nights here since October 2023! This is because the hotel is beautiful as are the people. Being located so close to the opera was its initial attraction for me, but this hotel means so much more to me than that now, owing to the people…
Thanks to Youssef and Dimi for handling the booking and allocating the most amazing suite!
Concierge, Walid, arranged opera tickets and other attraction tickets, many thanks, such a genuinely kind and professional guy.
Reception team amazing, thanks to Dimi, Thomas, Awi , Samuel and collegues, outstanding service: warm, engaging and dedicated.
The 1870 restaurant is superb. Martin and team are incredible and food and service of the highest order.
Markus manages breakfast (shout out to Basima!) and the Rosengarten- fabulous afternoon tea! Thanks to him and his teams for great experiences.
I love this hotel and see it as my second home. As I’ve stayed so often, I’ve had the privilege of meeting the management ,who are all committed to the satisfaction of every guest but really notice regulars.
Thanks to Oliver, Rai, Stefan, Jo and Youssef. I look forward to my next stay. Bravo!
