our two confirmed rooms, on the same floor and side by side. For one room I used my points. With four grandchildren arriving after a four hour trip, they were anxious to go swimming. As we were getting onto the elevator to head up to the room, we were advised that the pool was not open due to a problem The next morning, as we were heading for breakfast, we were advised that the pool again was closed. Unfortunately, this visit was less than what I had expected from the management and I know that these were just unfortunate circumstances that happened to occur at the same time.
