5 rooms of loud guests were checked into at approximately 11pm and kept us from sleeping as they were banging doors, and yelling/running down the halls. When I enquired about switching rooms an hour later, the front desk had to open the main door 3 times for people without keys (the didn't have luggage). I suspect there were a few "room parties" happening that night.

Overall, the hotel is clean and seemed fairly new. The staff was very kind! And the breakfast was delicious. I fortunately we had a few things we didn’t like. We got in a little late and wanted the TV on to settle the kids but the remote didn’t work, a new one was brought up. Once we got them settled, we notice a few issues like the fridge not working, the toilet paper holder missing, the light figure that was supposed to be between the bed missing but there was a hole for it. And a large brown bug was also seen entering under the door to the room next to us, even though the hotel appeared very very clean. The room was also fairly warm and took a long time to cool off. I’m not sure I would stay again unless these issues have been corrected, but overall it wasn’t a terrible experience because we had a roof over our heads and a comfy bed to sleep in.

Great spots, plenty of room for 2 parties of 5 in each room, comfy beds, rooms were great, large selection for breakfast, lots of dinner selection in area, workers were all helpful!!

we stayed five days.
housekeeping was horrible and did not clear our room.
we were out of body wash and they wouldn’t refill
The toilet was really loose and wobbled
The sheets and comforter smelled bad and were unclean. you could tell they did not change the sheets from the last guest.

The p.m. clerk contacted me stating that if I don’t make it to the hotel by a certain time, I will lose my reservation, even though I had a card on file she said that it was not working so I asked could I change the card she said no she will give me 20 minutes to make it there. Once checked in with the same card that was on file, the Wi-Fi did not work in the room, The channels on the TV did not work. And front desk stated the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. The AC unit kept going out during the night. The lights flickered peering off the tv. The housekeeping was rude Did not clean my room even after I removed my DND sign at 10 am. The a.m. front desk refused to give me a late checkout, but the PM front desk offered a late checkout. Once check out came the staff rushed me out of the room before 12PM even though it said I had a 1pm check out they were so rude the entire stay. I’m from a city where hospitality is key, and this staff did not possess any of it.

Almost totally disappointed. This is a brand new hotel. I got two rooms for relatives in town for my mother's funeral. When they are arrived, despite me coming in and prechecking them in, leaving keys at the desk - there were still issues. They get to the room and one had issues with the AC so there was this huge loud portable ac in the room. The rooms were not completely done. Food for breakfast was subpar, no cell phone service. It was a mess, but I think it can be resolved.

Kelly at the front desk was great. He deserves 10 Stars. But the hotel deserves 1 star!!! He was nice, friendly, and professional in spite of all the insurmountable obstacles put in his way by others at his hotel.
Those obstacles were that the handicap/mobility accessible room we had reserved for several weeks in advance was not available to us. The too. We had been assigned was not handicap/mobility accessible. My opinion is the room we were originally supposed to get had been given to another handicapped guest who did not have a reservation prior to our arrival.
Kelly worked hard to find us a room. We needed a handicap/mobility accessible room with two beds because we had four people in our party.
What Kelly found for us was a King handicap/mobility accessible for my disabled wife and I and a second King Standard room for my daughter and granddaughter.
However, the handicap/mobility accessible room was not fully accessible. There was no shower chair in the shower so my wife was not able to take a shower.
We took the rooms because we couldn’t pack up all my wife’s handicap equipment and go to another hotel after traveling all day. And we had to pay for the second room even though we should’ve been comped the room for all the problems we had to deal with and not having the room we reserved.
