Hotel was a very enjoyable experience for us and other family members that stayed. Excellent hotel. Room and bed were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in the Minneapolis area.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room exceeded expectations. We slept well and enjoyed our stay. Parking was easily accessible

AC/Heat Loud! Staff was good, back entry wouldn't lock. It needs a remodel. Probably would try somewhere else next time. Location was convenient

Goosds check in , good elevator.
Clean room, clean bath, quite room, easy to find, ceiling had spots that were falling dowm spray dexture not a big issue for me.
We were there for a evening wedding for my grandson

Great location. Room needed some repair (Ceiling peeling, cable box not working, etc). room size was really nice (had two-bedrooms). Front desk was helpful and kind. ample parking.
Room was quiet, well suited for our needs.

Nice place. Different than any other IHG property we have stayed at.
Well suited for extended stay of which we have experience and this would have been an improvement to the place we had (not an IHG facility).
More and more in our stays at hotels, motels and resorts the people we first meet, those at the front desk are somewhat disengaged and lacking the necessary appearance of hospitality that in my businesses would have been mandatory. Maybe it is just a sign of the times, or my expectations of excellence in business.

Really nice location a lot of restaurants in the area ,staff were great really clean place. Places under construction going up on a new management but overall I really like my stay be glad to have a hot breakfast

Apparently hotel is under new management. Rooms were nicely furnished but coffee maker and ice not working in both rooms we rented. Hot tub was out of order. Pool area had only 1 pool towel and 4 chairs. No ice maker or vending available in public area. One room was 80 degrees and didn’t cool to comfortable temperature until 1-2 am.

This facility had many issues with amenities during my family’s stay. Elevator was down multiple times.
The key card did not let us in our room.
Entrance to the pool was not accessible, needed to be taken to an alternate entrance.
Hot Tub was OUT OF SERVICE.
Coffee maker was OUT OF SERVICE
ZERO vending options, ZERO ice machines.
Pretty displeased with our stay considering the cost was not very cheap.
Good value for the price point in a central location for Twin Cities fun!

The front desk staff was great! We enjoyed the shared spaces. The beds were comfortable. The recent remodel is really nice!
1. The pillows were poor. Even the firm pillows were so compressed, they were more like Flinstone pillows.
2. The water pressure on the shower was less than the sinks.
3. The door from the hallway to the pool was broken. Anyone from outside could have walked into the hotel from the disabled door into the hotel.
4. The dishwasher and/or dishwasher detergent was horrible. Dishes did not come out clean. Still had food and a gross film on them.
5. The hallways were hot. Humidity in the room seemed very high.
6. When we arrived and I went to make up the pull out sofa bed, there were used sheets on it that were definitely used and dirty.
7. Not sure if this is standard for a 4 night stay, but no one picked up garbage, checked on our linens or toilet paper throughout the entire stay.
8. The two tiny garbages are not sufficient for a room with a kitchenette and space for up to 6 people.
9. A barrier or door between the bathroom sink area and bedroom would be great.

The previous hotel had an ugly sea green on the hallway walls and the rooms were rundown.
The rooms now are bright and have a welcome feel. The night light in the mirror area of the bath is nice.

VERY NICE AND PLEASANT PLACE TO BE VERY ACCESSIBLE TO ALMOST EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY THINK OF WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN WITHOUT NO HESITATION ONE OF THE BETTER PLACES I STAYED AT IN A WHILE.
