Room was good and clean. Made for a great stay.
Helped in assistance with travel to and from the O'hara
Staff helpful in guiding to the correct rooms needed by
us. And helped carry up the luggage to our room.

Had to delay the check-in date for person resaon. I knew my own responsibility would bring the extra payment for adjusting new check-in date. But the front desk of this hotel renewed the date both efficiently and satisfactorily, and I was not to pay for the extra..also got the ideal check-in date.
I am very satisfied with their service

We stayed to take advantage of the park-and-fly package. It is obvious this is designed for long-term residents on a budget and not people who want the comfort, service and ammenities of a contemporary hotel. The property stunk of old laundry and smoke, the beds were hard, and the staff seemed to have no idea how to respond to promblems. When we asked about the lack of wireless service we were told it was down alot. When we asked for ice, we were told we'd have to wait for the fridge in our room to make it. I suppose we're spoiled by staying at other hotel,s but given the price, this is no deal.

I booked from the website and upgraded my room for up to four people. It was basically the same setup as the two person room - except a little bigger. I had stayed there before and expected to better accommodations for the increased price.
If someone plans to stay there for more than one-two nights, I could see it being economical if you use the kitchen. However, the upgraded room was a waste of extra money.
The hotel's internet was down the entire time we were there - caused huge inconvenience.
