If you want to be greeted with a smile, feel like you are at home, and have a nice quiet sleep. Candlewood Suites is where you need to be.

Adam Gray was wonderful! He, each time we spoke, gave great insight, welcomed me, and helped with anything I needed. He is great! The staff was amazing. They know each customer by name and address them upon sight!

Very clean room but internet went out. Didn’t fix until the next day around 8 am. Front desk staff is attentive and accommodating but had to fix everything manually due to the internet and system outage.

Very relaxed, peaceful environment, ninety percent or more men, due to the high number of contract workers there. The one room suite is so cozy. Staff is superb. Haven't seen better !

I was very pleased with my stay. Would stay again. Location is great lots of restaurants and stores. There’s no bar or restaurant in the hotel. The hotel is more of a extended stay experience.
Kitchen is just the right size to avoid having to eat out all the time. Layout of room allows me the ability to set up a computer and printer area

I recommend this Candlewood Suites to everyone that has to have an extended stay in the Sterling VA area. The location is convenient for any activity in the NW Virginia area. Shopping is also convenient to this property.

Friendly staff and very clean. Liked the Dove bath products. Area outside property nicely kept.

There was no one at the front desk or available on property for 45 minutes when I tried to check in. There was no attempt to compensate me for this. I was waiting at the front, calling every number available from midnight to 1am.

I love this hotel. It's got a lot of value. Amenities include huge room, full kitchen/fridge/microwave/stove, queen-sized bed, plenty of outlets, and a guest laundry room with FREE access to 6 industrial washers and driers that are cleaned by the staff every day! I went to the front desk to ask for a 2pm checkout, telling the manager I was an IHG Platinum Elite, and he acknowledged me by my first name, though I had never met him before - apparently, this Manager reviews all Platinum members currently at the the hotel (was I the only one?)! This hotel has an extremely excellent & accommodating staff! On a scale from 1 to 10, turn it up to an "11!"
