Judy, Bob, Maria, and Linda have all been so kind and helpful throughout my stay. They all should be recognize by Holiday Inn and the IHG upper management. I been an owner of a business for 62 years, so I know what kind of people you need to make things work. I have done my part now should you, thank you, Jack Yelnick

Nice location, didn't have the staff for food service, unfortunately, but the bar staff was super pro. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice.
Amazing front desk service— Judy was fantastic.

Our front desk staff Judy was present each day of our stay and made every day memorable for my 4 year old just with simple conversation about her little dresses each day. The bed was so comfortable & the hotel clean!

We flew into PIE late and this was a convenient place to stay it’s just a few minutes from the airport. The staff were very nice.
Was my goto property. Was.

We've stayed here numerous times a year but quality has been going down. On our last stay, we had a crew next door who started who partied til 1 am, walls were paper thin so our grandkids could hear the filthy language and no one got much sleep. We called the front desk but no one from the hotel came and had them tone it down. This property location was so convenient for us.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Service wasn't great, clearly understaffed and hotel was a bit run down. ALWAYS a line at the front desk with slow service, and the walls were PAPER THIN, I know everyone's name, including their dog in the room next to me!
I never write bad reviews, but in this case I will be writing 2! (Had 2 rooms booked) it was that poor of an experience...

We were extremely disappointed with this property. The main issue was with Bob at the front desk. He was very condescending and a huge smart aleck on the phone when I was trying to get a ride to the hotel from the airport after flight delays prevented me from picking up my rental car before they closed. When I called from Dallas, he told "Don't call before you get off the plane." I asked him if I should call the same number I used to speak with him when I called back to let the van driver know to come to get me. He replied, "Well, I hope I'm not here when you call." This is not a helpful dialog for any traveler, not to mention one experiencing delays and flight cancellations. Larry, the van driver, was the only part of our stay that was positive. He was extremely helpful! Additionally, we went to breakfast the following morning only to have no one even come offer us a glass of water or a menu for over 20 minutes. No one was available to ask either. The table next to us told us they had been waiting for their pancake order for over an hour, so we chose to go elsewhere to eat. The rooms were very loud and the bar closed before 10 pm on both Friday and Saturday nights. We will be in Tampa numerous times in the near future but will never stay at this property again. I have about 800,000 IHG points, but this is just another example of why I am shifting towards other properties.
No breakfast!

Disappointed that no breakfast was available on site at weekends and we had not been informed of this situation before arriving. We would be reluctant to stay next year as the situation may be the same.

This is the second time I've stayed at this property and both times have been above average. They have breakfast but you do have to pay for it. Asked for a late check out and was given 2 extra hours. Very much appreciated. Staff works hard to take care of it's customers. I would stay again. Thanks IHG ulmerton rd.

This hotel is located near St. Petersburg airport. Rooms had refrigerators and located near several fast food resteraunts
