We have stayed here numerous times for the races, the hotel location is perfect. The hotel has a nice layout and ambience, the open lobby are is very nice, it can get a bit boisterous on the more popular race days. There is a nice quiet seating area on the top floor too which is quieter. The rooms are very nice, clean and safe, there is a good choice of Food and the breakfast is very good. The staff are all very nice and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were really friendly, food tasted good but it is now getting expensive, ie over £17 for fish and chips .

Clean and tidy but for what is a branded hotel operation the prices are starting to look expensive.

Outstanding customer service at breakfast from Barbara, what a great ambassadour for the company as she is super friendly and positive. Staff at the bar area also great.
Small issue - the salt mills all empty and difficult to get anything out of. Tried 3 tables for salt before someone came over and gave me another faulty one.Apparently new ones on order.

Our room was comfortable and staff easily accommodated our requests for a travelcot with bedding provided. The staff at breakfast were wonderful with our young children, learning their names and even going out of their way to make heart-shaped pancakes on valentines day when our daughter asked if the pancakes would be hearts. We really appreciated all the efforts that were made for us!

Spent three confirms nights. Staff very friendly and Nick went out of his way to loan me his pressings charger. Few pasting was a plus. Room missing USB charging ports. Wish they provided free local calls as a few calls turned out to be quite expensive. Other than that had a great stay.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The room is clean, spacious and has an extremely large bed! We also enjoyed using the gym which, although quite small, we had to ourselves and had everything we needed for a good workout. The staff were very helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend!
Always ask about possible disruptions which would affect your stay

In general in past hotel was excellent , but was not warned of race day , and has happened in the past , hence I know what happens race days . This is third time not warned . Staff are brilliant and very attentive and can’t fault them
