we went there specifically to have a place close to disney to stay. we ended up getting a rental car that wasn't able to hide luggage so we did not feel safe driving straight to disney. we went to the hotel with the hopes of being able to store our bags until we could check in. it turns out our room was already cleaned and we were allowed to check in then and put our bag in the room rather than a storage room. the front desk woman was very kind, she recommended things to do and places to eat.

The staff at the desk and restuarant were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and roomy. Thre breakfast was excellent.

It was a great location as it was near UCF, but it just did not seem that it was a great value. We were almost scalded by the shower & no free breakfast.

Stay here whenever we are in the area. The hotel is close to all that we want/need to do (Waterford Lakes, beach, Avalon Park) and staff accommodating.

This property is exceptionally clean, and friendly.
I believe the young lady who waited on me at dinner was Savenia. She was so sweet and attentive and placed me in a quiet spot so I could work on my computer.
One of the nicest properties around!
On a busy street so expect to hear some traffic, but other than that, GREAT stay!!
