Overall it was an okay stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was also comfortable. That was about it for the pluses. As far as the negatives, found a cockroach in my room. After daily cleanings, there were long hairs all over my room. The breakfast was cold although I got there right after breakfast opened. The self checkout for drinks and snacks was not working one night and there was no other way to pay for a drink and snack other than room charges

The refresh and renovation this hotel has undergone is top notch. I came down to Central Florida to watch a couple of launches at KSC and some Disney time and the Crowne Plaza was a perfect place to stay. Location is great and the rooms are excellent. Highly recommend.

I was not recognized for being an IHG member even once. The location was the best, plenty of dining, gift shops, and tourism within walking distance. The best was very comfortable. Seems like most rooms have balconies and that was a plus! Very clean and smelled fresh.

From the friendly, helpful staff, to the clean, spacious rooms, our stay was perfect. We enjoyed time at the relaxing pool and enjoyed fresh, tasty breakfast every morning. Will definitely return.

All the staff are doing a great job, if you ask or request anything, they have the answer and help with courteous and diligence.
Anything they forget in the service room, I just ask and they supply without any issue.

Upon arrival, someone came and knocked on our door telling us we had to go back to the lobby because we were placed in the wrong room. Our bathroom was not very clean, the shower head was disgusting and there was hair found throughout the room that did not belong to anyone in my party. The pool was also closed for maintenance so we were unable to use it until the night before we left.

The hotel has had a lot of changes in staff. There is also a ton of ceiling damage in the entryway. And in each room. Would not consider this the flagship of an IHG company.

Had a great stay, the staff was great and very helpful. Room was comfortable and area is nice. Pool was closed for maintenance but everything was still great.

We are very good experience for the first day. The rooms are clean, and the accommodations were just what we needed. The hotel was quiet, and things were ran very efficiently..

The staff was helpful and very accommodating. Restaurant could have more options for vegetarians and gluten sensitivities. Verry limited selections on the menu.

Hotel was convenient to parks and restaurant but in desperate need of basic maintenance as the room had shower head, faucet and electrical boxes all loose and floors and windows were filthy
