Very nice stay

Just had a very nice stay over the last weekend. Staying over for a business trip it was great to unwind and relax for drinks and dinner after the long days were over. Great staff who did their best to accomodate any request. The hotel is very spacy and relaxed. Great food and variety.

It's not 5 stars hotel

It's a big hotel but very old, first room I got was very old furnished and old TV and it's not intercontinental standards at all, asked to change the room to another one answer it was better but still small bathroom and not high quality furniture.

Nice lobby and good restaurants.

Staff were lovely and gave me high attention and very good at tension from the receiption manager and duty manager but I will neverror repeat the visit to this hotel with the same condition.

Great club lounge & services

I wanted to write a quick note to thank the staff and the duty manager who managed my checkout today at the Amman Intercontinental (I think his name is Ramzi). He handled a small issue with grace and I left as a very happy client.

I stayed at your hotel from Sept 14- Sept 18, 2016, as I always stay at the Intercontinental when I visit Amman. The service and rooms were, as usual, very satisfactory.

However, on this business trip, your staff at check-in, offered me the use of the business lounge for a fee. I was happy to have paid the extra amount as the lounge was superb. I wanted to thank your staff and particularly those who were at attendance at the business lounge for their courteous and exemplary service. Nothing was too much trouble, and I was able to hold all my meetings in the lounge where it was quiet and your staff served coffee and snacks whenever needed.

I do not know their names (I should have asked) but I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of them. They are obviously very well trained and they seem to like what they do. They made my arduous business meetings a little more pleasant.

I want to also thank the chef who made small inspired snacks. I had the chance to try out the evening dish on two occasions and they were both very tasty and nicely presented.

So, a big thank you! I usually complain if something is not right, but this time, it is a pleasure to be able to thank a hotel for a very pleasant stay indeed.

Great Hotel and Staff/Poor IHG Ambassador Program

The hotel stay was wonderful and the staff was very kind. The only problem I have is the IHG program does not allow individuals that are Spire Elite Ambassador into the Executive Lounge for free. My understanding is you have to be invited to be a Royal Ambassador. This is the only hotel program that you can reach the highest level and still have to be invited to use the Executive Lounge. This is something that needs to changed as part of the Rewards Program and would make me choose another hotel over an IHG. This comment has nothing to do with the staff on my recent stay because they were awesome!

Overall the hotel is great. I ended up staying in a wing that had not been updated so the room was not as nice as others in the hotel.

Lovely time in the Levant
