Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by Not satisfactory stay for an Intercontinental hotel I think there are several things this hotel needs to improve, starting from the unfriendly attitud at the front desk, clealiness of rooms and some very worn furniture and carpets. Instant service or operator takes several attempts before they answered and some people never showed up after requesting help (hosekeeping and room service). The only thing it saves them is the friendly bell man staff and waiters in the restaurant. 15. April 2015
Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by Mal servicio, cama incomoda, Perimo servico sobre todo de el front desk ¡, me llevaron un paquete si no pregunto el ultimo dia no me lo dan a pesar que ya había preguntado, el concierge amargado sin ganas de trabajar, no ponen agua de cortesía en las habitaciones, el colchón de la cama ya estaba deforme por el uso. Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 by Bad check out experience Bed was not the most comfortable Bad noise level the worse part was checking out. My bill showed a breakfast charge when I had never visited the restaurant or knew where the restaurant was located. When I questioned it the front desk person seemed aggravated and said he would take it with the restaurant staff and I was going to get an answer in a few days. I had to pressed for him to contact someone at the moment. I did not wanted to leave something like that at my fate. The restaurant manager came over after waiting a while and the poor answer was that it was a mistake, " but things like these happen here all the time because we house a lot of people from cruise lines and they make a mistake writing down their stare # instead of hotel room numbers" No apologies were given for my delay and aggravation. I have stayed at other Intercontinentals and never had such a bad experience. 11. April 2015

El hotel es muy comodo y muy agradable, sobre todo alojándose en los pisos ejecutivos con acceso al club. Me comentaba el personal del hotel que ya empezaron con las tareas para renovar todas las habitaciones del hotel y que en 6 meses aproximadamente estarían todas listas. Que buena noticia, espero verlas la próxima vez que valla. 11. April 2015
Rated 2,0 out of 5,0 by Not so relaxing for business I stayed in this hotel from April 1 - 4 recently. I was disappointed with the room quality and definitely disappointed with the lack of quietness and lack of amenities. Because there are so few business open for dinner within walking distance, you end of eating at the hotel. If you are lucky to get off property, it's at least a half hour wait if not more for a cab! The food on property leaves a lot to be desired! I ordered a shrimp and tomato sauce dish. What came was black and covered in oil. I have no idea what it actually was! The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. And other guests with children have no respect for sleeping neighbors. Kids jumping off their beds at 11 at night, yelling and running up the hallways at midnight. There was no internet offer, no water in your room, nothing. I would not recommend this hotel to any other business traveler. 8. April 2015

Was close to the airport without any airport noise, close to my business meeting place, breakfast was included, the pool was big enough to do laps in (nice!) and the gym had a nice weight range of dumbells. Comfortable bed, nicely designed. 6. April 2015
