Poor service standard by western restaurant, location is good

I am so disappointed about your western restaurant staff who has giving an insulting acts to me this morning. I have taken the unfinished juice with me when I left the restaurant and she stopped me claiming I couldn't bring it with me. I have told her that's what I have used and that was kept in a non reusable bottle. There are four other staffs including some supervisors and managers standing at the entrance of the restaurant and I can't believe that no one has come to assist with this case. For the two days after that I felt really uncomfortable and didn't use the breakfast at the restaurant at all, even though I have paid for it!! For the last day, the bottles water and even coffee bag have not been replaced, and even the cups used haven't been clean up!!

Thus hotel is located at the heart of city, have friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are big and nice. Comfortable to stay but their breakfast needs to improve.

中规中矩，白金会员并没有特殊更好的待遇，景观较好，泳池较好，性价比一般

豪华大床房的镜子旁没有配备电插头，导致吹风机只能插在床头或者办公桌旁！

I travel quite extensively (earning top tier status with the other major hotel chains) and this is one of the best hotels we have been to. Not only are the rooms top notch but the service is impeccable. They really do go above and beyond what is expected. And the location is very convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby. But the best part is that it is literally above a subway line with easy access to other parts of the city. As a New Yorker that's a huge plus. And with many Asian hotels, breakfast is a massive spread of both western and asian cuisines, but the Intercontinental Fuzhou does an exceptional job emphasizing its many local delicacies. I highly recommend this hotel the next time you are in Fuzhou.
