Everything about the hotel and experience was as my my previous stay, very very nice. The survey I am having to complete is TOO long and starting to get annoying. If I dont get 25,000 points for spending time to fill this out, I will be very annoyed with IHG.

I requested to speak to the Front Office Manager to clarify why was I charged an extra day when I just stayed 2 hours extra to the check out time? Was not given the chance and told it has to be charged.

I am sure it could have been better explained to me.

I and my husband were able to speep really well bedding was really nice and comfortable.
Staffs of the hotel offered really great service and took care from very detailed things.

Nice guest rooms, suite excellent. Quite and peaceful hotel, polite and helpful staff, good breakfast. Movie renting facility (free of charge) excellent!

Menu in restaurant needs update. Several years now the same.

Staff provided excellent customer service and met us at the door. Bellman were well versed on providing recommendations and answering questions. They would not take a tip.

Stay here - superb property

We stayed just one night here but it is a serious oasis for the weary traveler - all I could complain about was the size of the counter next to the sink - and the internet thing they do if you are an ITG member - breakfast was a feast

We spent just a night at the hotel and everything was great - as we would expect from Intercontinental. After a week of travel across Korea it was reall nice to arrive at a hotel where the staff all were fluent in English.
