A San Jose city tour will introduce you to the most important sights of our capital, the largest and most vibrant city of Costa Rica. Driving through the Main Avenue, you will visit the heart of the city to admire our National Theatre. This architectural jewel was designed as the opera house at the beginning of the 19th century. You can also visit the National Museum, which documents Costa Rican history, before going on to the Central Park, the Cathedral, the Congress Building (Asamblea Legislativa) and the Court of Justice.
A coffee tour is recommended if you don´t have enough time to do a full day tour. You will leave the hotel around 10am to go the province of Heredia. The tour begins at 11am with a look around the organic coffee fields, lush tropical gardens and plantation roastery. You can then enjoy fine coffee and lunch in the same Britt plantation.
