The staff is professional and courteous. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable. The view from either side of the hotel (harbor or downtown) is breathtaking, and the cities many amenities are within easy walking distance. 24 February 2015

    Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Valentine's Day Getaway I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Boston as a treat for myself and my boyfriend and had the most wonderful experience. Having it been my first experience at the Intercontinental, I was very excited and very pleased with my overall experience. From my warm welcome at the Front Desk w. Rebecca, who graciously upgraded our room type, to my wonderful treat from Concierge, Brittney D., who surprised us with a bottle of champagne in the room, I was not disappointed. The room was spacious, clean, and the corner room made for an amazing sunrise for the following morning over the snowy harbor with the Boston Tea Party ship on the frozen water. I would highly recommend the Intercontinental Boston and stay again. As a fellow hospitality professional, I can say that Rebecca and Brittney displayed exactly what I look for in a stay at another property: professionalism, an utmost pleasant demeanor, and a commitment to WOW-ing the guest.
