Insider Tips

As Boston is America's walking city, pedestrians tend to jay-walk. You are better off leaving your car parked and instead take a taxi or limousine, or walk or ride the T (our subway system) to your destination.
This breathtaking, modern, waterfront hotel stands on the site where the Boston Tea Party ignited the American Revolution. Surrounded by the Fort Point Channel and Rose Kennedy Greenway, find yourself in walking distance of all of Boston’s unique attractions. Dine al fresco at Miel, Boston’s first Provence-themed brasserie and explore this historical city by following the Freedom Trail or antique shopping. An urban retreat, relax and revive at this Boston Harbor hotel with an indoor lap pool.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Platinum Ambassador slips thru the crack I want to start by saying this property is beautiful, and more importantly the staff is one of the best I've experienced. I stayed here after missing my flight home and felt like getting pampered. Every hotel was full as it was the Boston marathon and I decided to use points at an incredible value. Check in was a breeze, room was nice. Although something was missing. Those who have P.A. status know there are certain perks that come along with this. I was welcomed and my status acknowledged but the in room perks never came. Overall it's not a huge deal, but for those who don't yet have Ambassador it is a purchased tier. So the little things are a bigger deal. I'd still recommend this hotel, just would've liked the extras. 24 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Thank you thank you! Your entire staff on every shift were very professional, knowledgable and friendly. I would especially like to mention Marc, I believe a concierge, amazing customer service. It's employees such as he that make guest, such as myself, come back and say at your place. Additionally, a female waiter (in college) forget her name (Started with R) dark hair she too was great and very pleasant, knowledge and helpful. Keep it up! I will be booking my Boston marathon 2016 room with your hotel hopefully soon! The only comment I would have to better your guest service. It seemed the coffee shop was running a little behind on the morning of the marathon. Just something to think about however I appreciAte the hotel thinking ahead and attoting to open at 5am VR//Jeff Tomaszewski 24 April 2015
