I used the hotel limousine service which was efficient, secure and clean. Front desk staff were very helpful and quick to get me checked in - which is appreciated. Front desk staff recommended the hotel restaurant for dinner (Rasa restaurant) as it was quite late, good selection of food choices and some nice dishes. Staff were very friendly, especially in the restaurant, so all in all a good experience. Will stay again when in Jakarta.

Staffs here are very friendly and very accomodating and helpful, Great smiles at all time.
Food variety and quality in the restaurant are excellent, especially during breakfast. The Rasa Restaurant was very full during breakfast time, yet with the hustle and bustle of the breakfast serving period, the employee have managed still to spent time to talk and share insightful information of the city to us.

I have spent almost over the two of past two and a half months in residence at the Intercon Midplaza and the experience has been fantastic!
The Club Lounge, in particular, is exceptional. Run by an exceptional staff, it is now my home away from home when I am in Jakarta. The staff are always friendly and willing to help and within a day or so of my first arriving were anticipating my needs without any prompting. They knew exactly how I liked my tea or coffee and what my food preferences were. What more can one ask for when away from home.
I head back to Jakarta tomorrow and, although it is for work, I am looking forward to my stay.
