Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Location The location was good. My room was never cleaned the 4 days I satyed there, and it appeared they were short staffed. Only one elevator worked during our stay too. June 25, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Tired hotel! Called maintenance to open already locked safety deposit box. Called maintenance back to make sliding glass door slide and lock. Only one balcony chair, and it and the table are severely rusted. No replaced coffee and shampoo for the second day. Did not have the increased rate for the second night pointed out to me when I signed the registration form, which was much higher than the quoted rate when the reservation was made. Took forever for the operator to answer for these issues above. Need a big game change for a return of this party. June 24, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not of lot of good to say I have stayed at this hotel 2 years in a row now for summer weddings and both times the air conditioning didn't work. The lobby and lobby bar are HOT - the air conditioning didn't seem to work. The door to the terrace didn't close all the way so this didn't help the lack of cool air. Housekeeping came early enough that we were still sleeping. Asked them to return later but they never did. Asked for additional towels and told they had no more so I was given hand towels to use after my shower. Drinks at the bar are as expensive as an airport. Food in the dining room was awful. I asked for a runny yoke in my eggs, I got raw eggs - white part as well. Not to mention my breakfast for only myself was $24. June 24, 2015
